The main areas of our activity:

• holding an events aimed at the professional growth of young scientists of ISP;
• representation and active support for young scientists in front of the officials of ISP (board of directors, academic council, scientific and technical council, labour union committee);
• organization of various scientific competitions, conferences, and facilitating youth participation in it; assistance in applying for grants; 
• organization of schools and workshops for young scientists, lectures and presentations by leading researchers that introduce young scientists to the latest achievements of domestic and foreign science;
• initiative and the implementation of the necessary assistance in the development of the integrated research and in the use of modern equipment by young scientists groups;
• participation in the assessment of ISP scientists and graduate students, assistance in questions of young scientists promotion.
